PayPal fails at Customer Service and supports fraudulent transaction.

I purchased two "camping chairs" from an ad on Facebook in June (yes, not advisable). The company was Aibili Trading Co. I received two canvas pockets, no chairs. I entered a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center which allows limited information to be entered and no phone number. Paypal "hanging

Paypal "hanging" (little blue circle going round and round) for a payment to a site found on Google ChromeTried to contact customer services but after typing out issue tried to send it in but "page unavailable" comes up. This used to be a great site which provided a short cut when buying on line - not any more it's a pain in the nether regions

Uselss and no integrity

Be under no illusion your received payments are not safe with paypal. All the other party has to say is it was unauthorised or didn't arrive and they will instantly refund the customer without any hesitation leaving you completely out of pocket despite clear evidence showing that they received the product. Want to use their customer service..good luck with that, I can honestly say they have the worst customer service by a mile that i have ever experienced. I swear they must employ children ...

Hi got charged 2 times by same company contacted PayPal they said it's my fault they say they are there for you but are not will get my bank to do cash back than close my account with PayPal just watch wot you do sent PayPal lots of emails still do not want to help so please watch wot you buy with them as not there when you need help

You have no hope on talking to anyone…

You have no hope on talking to anyone on the staff team, and if you manage to be lucky enough, they will fob you off and be unable to help you.
