They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even more, they hold your money and they don't even tell you why. I ask for a phone call 8 times and they keep ignoring me.

This money has still not been received back to me. I spend 2 days on a chat with PayPal and got nowhere. Jarenlang ben ik via paypal een trouwe gebruiker geweest en onlangs had ik via paypal een bestelling geplaatst bij gearbest wat dus blijkbaar oplichting was.
