Sämsta kundservicen som finns hade jag velat säga, dessvärre har de ingen, så jag kan inte ens kritisera den. Jag saknar ord. Går er verksamhet så dåligt att ni inte har råd med någon som helst service? Fenomenalt kontaktcenter och "kontakta oss" - länkar på sidan f.ö. - vad man än väljer, slutar det med att man tvingas logga in för att fortsätta; vilket ju blir lite problematiskt när man försöker kontakta er angående inloggningsproblem!?!?

Absolutely shocking business

Absolutely shocking business, took £150 out of my account 2 months ago and still no refund. Absolute bunch of crooks - file a dispute which takes ages, ask you for loads of evidence then take about a month to goThrough it and then just take an absolute age to come back to you with any decision which was declined as the customer service advisor filed the claim wrong the first time. Call customer service and get absolutely nowhere, just get left on hold. Terrible! Sick to death of this ...

Not so "easy autopay

Twice I have tried to use "easy autopay". Twice paypal did not take their payment. Twice they hit me with late fee. Additionally, I made a purchase (surprise - that is why I have the account) mid-month. They tell me what the autopay must now be. Cannot put it in without canceling old autopay. Set up new autopay - and get told delinquent. ENOUGH - CLOSING this account.
