What a total shambles

What a total shambles. All I wanted to do was update my address as thousands of people want to do each day. The app has a feature to do this once you pass security but it doesn't work. Try again later it said. 3 days now still saying the same thing and not one useful response from PayPal. Should be called Paynopals ! Utterly useless.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. This company should go bankrupt. Every time I log in, it doesn’t register my password so I have to create a new password. The password is saved on my phone so I know It to be correct. Can a company provide a better service so PayPal can be finished for good. Absolutely terrible. Monopoly over everyone and everyday people have to pay the price..

Still waiting for my cash!!!

Still waiting for my cash despite selling a product on ebay nearly 4 weeks ago. Absaloutley awful service, unfortunatley have to wait for the cash before I can close the accounnt. They actually deserve no stars, one is one too many.

Made to feel like a criminal!

Used Paypal for business/ personal for over 14 years. They made the decision to close my account to protect them from potential fraud. Called PayPal to ask what their concerns are so I can put their mind at ease. Wouldn't give me any reason. Just said decision has been made. And I will never be able to use their services again. Coincidentally this happened soon after I moved away from Paypal payments to Ebay managed payments for my business, which mean no more money to them. Coincidence? ...

I can't leave a ZERO which is what PayPal deserves!! Horrible company, the federal government needs to close the doors on this place. Tried to get help increasing a donation to St. Jude for months...no help online or by phone. Paypal is a poorly managed company that claims to promote charitable giving...what a JOKE!!

Worst payment gateway ever, i have been using my MasterCard for a year to withdraw payments and now they required me to open a Visa for verification. After i said why? they answered that there was technical issue!

PayPal kundservice under all all kritik

Hur ska man kunna gå in i sin profil och ändra sitt telefon nr när man inte kan logga in pga den där godkänningen man ska göra och få nån kod att skriva in. Har ett norskt telefon nr och tror att även mitt norska bankkonto var där på paypal kontot sen jag bodde i Norge. Så det kan väl stå där då utan att jag kan få ta bort kontot. Men tydligen så kan man inte få ordna upp i det. Har slösat bort ca 2 timmar här nu på att försöka lösa det, inte har dom nån support heller, skulle jag skicka ...
