Still waiting on a refund that the retailer processed back to me on the 3rd - spoke to a customer service advisor - lee who was immensely rude and would not let me get a word in the whole conversation - interrupted me at every chance - told me there was no complaints department- never been spoken to so rudely in my life - great representative of your company

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Yes, the payment is easy and seamless, and so is the billing module, but when you’re paid(!) your account gets locked and you have to provide all kinds of information, and until that is taken care of, the money is locked. You can’t in any possible way reach customer support (Ive tried everything!), and the money just sits there, with the constant notification that you should update your info, but I already have, and nothing happens.... what a shame.

De håller min egna pengar inne. De svarar inte.

Jag är chockad över helt utebliven service/svar. De håller mina pengar och jag kan inte överföra mina egna pengar till bankkonto. Obehagligt hur de på detta sätt bara kan göra som dom vill och ta mina pengar. Jag har mailat flera gånger men inget svar. De borde inte få finnas. Jag kommer att anmäla dem. VARNING för att använda paypal. Aldrig mer!!

-10 sterren wat mij betreft. Vanaf 6 nov probeer ik telefonisch (dagelijks)en per e-mail (4 mails) contact te krijgen met Paypal na poging fraude door gehackte website. Niemand bereikbaar en geen reactie op mijn e-mails. Hoe is het mogelijk dat een online bedrijf niet bereikbaar is en zo met het vertrouwen van klanten omgaat. Vandaag klacht ingediend, verwacht daar ook geen reactie op. Reden om zo snel mogelijk (als ik ooit iemand ga spreken) mijn account op te zeggen

I would leave 0 stars if possible. I have had a Pay Pal account for years but have not used it in several years. Because of a move, the phone number associated with the account is not valid. I called for help and the automated assistant basically said she couldn't help and hung up on me. The person on the chat feature suggested I set up a new account with a different email. Is worse payment platform in word. PayPal stills people money look him account. If you want unlock your account need give him a lot of stupid information. Nobody trust PayPal.
