Don't care about customers.
Don't trust them with your money, it's safer using your credit card. Long list of problem including: PayPal buyer protection, that doesn't protect. Resolution centre cases closed without evidence or asking any questions. Allowing children to open accounts without verifying age. Closing accounts without notice.

Not able to login to my paypal account - Paypal IT Breaks again !
Not able to login to my paypal account. I've had a paypal account for over 10 years, but now and again their IT screws up and I get frozen out. I don't have a mobile phone as I can't afford one, just a landline.Been frozen out of my account and access to my money for a couple of days now. Please Don’t ever Use PayPal
Please Don’t ever Use PayPal. I bought New Samsung Note 20 ultra From Wowcamera and payed by PayPal. DPD lost the phone and PayPal won’t do anything About it. Wowcamera won’t do any Thing and Palpal Won’t do anything. PayPal buyers Protection is Not Worth the Paper it written on Please Do not ever use PayPal or Buy anything From Wowcamera. Now I have lost £920 no fault of my own.

Like thousands of others I got the email saying my account was going to be charged for lack of use .Initially I could not get back in because it seems to have been closed However I tried I could not get back to change my password. It just said Sorry we cant verify you.In the end I was lucky to get though on the help site to a chat line where a lady called Kristina Paula did eventually (after checks) open my account so I could alter the password.Once this had been done I waited for the phone ...

Horrible worst customer service I have…
Horrible worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. RUN FAST from them and find a better way. I had to abandon my account because my phone number changed and I can't access it anymore. Reaching a person is NOT POSSIBLE. They keep emailing WORTHLESS scripted help instructions that do not apply to my problem. I have been locked out of my paypal…
I have been locked out of my paypal account for over a year! There is an old work phone number associated with this account that I no longer use. No matter what I do, I cannot login. When I call customer service they say they cannot service my request and hang up on me.What kind of weird world is this company living in?

Paypal does not protect you against fraud !I ordered an item from eglobalcentralbe.com via paypal on 28/8I never received the item ordered I opened a claim with paypal on 22/9 but they refused my claim on 16/11 stating “necessary documentation not received”when i initiated the claim I provided paypal :1. Paypal international transfer. Avoid like plague.
More of the same story here: as an expat used PayPal's service via Xoom to transfer money to my mother back home. The first two transfers went through fine, but the third one (same sum) Xoom suddenly found "suspicious". Xoom demanded some additional documents like bank statements, payslips, proof of address etc. which I have provided in good faith that this will resolve it. It didn't.
