Hands down. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

Самая отвратная система! Просто воры! На ebey хотели попробовать продавать. Один покупатель вначале купил, отлатил, потом передумал, но вместо отмены нажал на спор, хотя товар даже отправлен еще не был. Ebey, хоть с трудом, но ситуацию понял, свою комиссию не выставил. А paypal сняли с личных средств. И делают вид, что не понимают. Просто воры.

You need to look at your bad reviews PayPal to see that not everyone is wrong..... take too much fee from everyone and youre service is shocking I.e customer service omg what a joke. Get in the real world and look after those who pay youre god damn wages

PayPal - Assists Fraudster - Fails to investigate Fraud

Based on my own personal experience PayPal's customer service is extremely poor.I spent in excess of 30-40 hrs trying to resolve a problem/dispute involving internet fraud/scam was involved, and the crime/fraud was reported to them and the ActionFraud. PayPal failed to act and failed to investigate. In fact by their actions repeat failures assisted the fraud.

Protected me against fraud

I recently raised my first ever claim using paypal because I never received what I ordered and after months of waiting and excuses I suspected it was a scam. Raising a dispute was easy via PayPal online (you can’t do it via the app which is a shame). I could check in on the progress of my dispute then got an email when it was resolved. They closed the case in my favour and issued a full refund. I was so grateful I used PayPal to pay otherwise I don’t think I’d ever get that money back. I’ve ...

Paypal è una garanzia. Ovviamente va usato bene rispettando tutte le condizioni di vendita dei vari prodotti e, nel caso una controversia, garantisce una doppia tutela oltre a quella della carta utilizzata. Inoltre è ottimo anche per nascondere i dati delle proprie carte ai venditori. E il tutto senza pagare nessuna commissione, anzi, a volte usando Paypal ci sono interessanti sconti e promozioni.

Please Don’t ever Use PayPal. I bought New Samsung Note 20 ultra From Wowcamera and payed by PayPal. DPD lost the phone and PayPal won’t do anything About it. Wowcamera won’t do any Thing and Palpal Won’t do anything. PayPal buyers Protection is Not Worth the Paper it written on Please Do not ever use PayPal or Buy anything From Wowcamera. Now I have lost £920 no fault of my own.

NIet eens 1-ster waardig. Inlogproblemen met verificatie methode wat via een oud telefoonnummer gaat en alleen aangepast kan worden in het profiel waar je dan ook weer ingelogd moet zijn. Helpdesk nergens te bespeuren, van-het-kastje-naar-de-muur-menu op bestaand telefoonnummer. Onlogisch systeem waar ze zelf geen raad mee weten vrees ik. Binnenkort al mijn accounts verwijderen daar.
