Hackers can replace the delivery address in PayPal server's https cookies. So much for that security, your purchase will be delivered to Mumba-Jumba on the other side of the planet. Good luck trying to speak to PayPal... you're speaking to a brick wall.

Worst customer service ever

Situation: sent money to wrong person with same name. Discovered it after 5 minutes as money never showed up. PayPal’s response. You’re screwed, haha. And that was from the automated system. As a new business owner, I am very disappointed in my experience with Paypal. After linking my business and personal bank account, I was denied the transfer of funds that were in my Paypal account. I was unable to reach any support by calling. Made a sale posted the same day added tracking number. Check paypal to transfer the money and it’s on hold. Have had a paypal account for about ten years.
