After making a purchase of a phone screen on eBay and paying with paypal the item arrived from the uk the next day but was faulty, when i wanted to return the item the seller insisted it had to be returned to china and not the uk address that it came from.so i asked paypal to step in as i insisted that the item came from a uk address and needed to be sent back to that address, well paypal sided with the seller and said the item had to be returned to china even though it came from the uk so ...

Tried to claim for items I had not…
Tried to claim for items I had not received. The seller sent tracking details that said delivered. On speaking to the carrier, that stated that the postcode I had used dad no delivery to it. After they refused my claim, PayPal had nowhere to send this information too. Have used them a long time but don't feel protected anymore. Looking at alternatives for payments now.

Nightmare Company
Set out to buy a Dyson cleaner and chose the 12 month instalment plan advertised on the Dyson site. Having selected this it required the opening of a PayPal credit account. This was automated and very soon i received £900 odd credit limit, more than enough for the cleaner. Thereafter i expected to see the amount i had spent and the amount i would need to pay per month to settle the account.Not anything like that. Buyer protection is very bad compared to paying by visa

This is the most garbage paying app there is. my freind can't in her account, sent money to old one, by accident. Now PayPal is keeping the money because if she can't get it we all know you will you thefts.
