Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I was victim of a PayPal scam. They were not interested and basically gave the money bavk to the scammers having no contact with me before returning the money back to them. Trying to speak with someone was hell, they either did not understand or not have a clue about the system. Each time an hour on the phone. Messages and email are automated responses. Will never use PayPal again, such a frustrating experience.

Resolution Center is suppose to help…

This resolution department is suppose to protect the customers, but only protect the scam companies the let uses PayPal services to collect money for purchases. Never did this department ask more questions regarding my case, nor ask to see the email that the company scammed me sent saying they was sorry I didn't get my purchase but don't worry, it will be fine. PayPal is NO pal

PayPal is not good for/to their customers. The service is subpar to say the least. I was ripped off by this company from China and all PayPal had to say was “Well they have a tracking number.” But did you have them show you the address where it went and the name in which it was addressed?No, you didn’t PayPal. You just told me I was being declined. Then you asked me to get an “intranet form” (that UPS doesn’t have by the way) that SHOWS where the package went and you KNOW that UPS cannot ...

Will never use again!

Ordered jeans from a company during the start of the pandemic. Didn’t receive or hear from them for over a month. Asked for order to be cancelled MANY, MANY times, but they didn’t respect my wishes. Shipped OVER 2 months in and product was AWFUL! PayPal NEVER backed me and was out over $50! Then another $23. for alterations and finally donated them to good will as NOT AT ALL AS DESCRIBED! Should’ve just used my credit card as they would have had my back!!! DON’T USE!!

Paypal non tutela proprio nulla neanche l'aria

Ho acquistato tramite wish un tiragraffi e dei sacchetti porta biancheria. Ho pagato con Pay Pal per essere tutelata. Ricevo il pacco da Wish ma alla consegna contesto all'ufficio postale che mi manca il tiragraffi, quindi una scatola grande. Contatto subito wish e mi dicono che prendono in caso la situazione, mi rispondono dopo 3 giornio che gli dispiace ma mi devo rivolgere all'ufficio postale. Was being refused a refund from a dreadful company called Columnrads. I contacted PayPal and looking at the evidence, PayPal sided with me & refunded my £177. Thank you PayPal 👍

super easy to use payment processor

What do you like best? It is integrated to our live chat workflow which makes our lives very easy. What do you dislike? Login is a bit buggy sometimes and on Safari it acts a bit weird. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending customers a Paypal link makes the payment process via credit card very efficient.

Quando posso pagare con paypal da acquirente lo preferisco sperando che il venditore lo abbia inserito come metodo di pagamento anche per via della sua serietà. In caso che le cose vadano male aver pagato con PayPal è sicuramente meglio che pagare con Postepay o Bonifico Bancario. Betalar inte ut mina pengar

Försökt få ut pengar från Paypalkontot i flera månader. Dom säger bara att dom behöver mer information för att verifiera kontot. Trots att jag skickar in allt dom ber om. Dom är också helt omöjliga att få kontakt med. Går inte ringa. Går inte skapa ärenden i problemhantering o dom svarar inte när man skickar meddelande. Använd er inte av detta företag!!!
