I ordered paid for an item that never arrived. I as PayPal to investigate but they backed the seller even though the order wasn’t delivered. Absolutely Fuming about the way PayPal has treated me. I can see why their score is so low. They’re rubbish

I am so disappointed in PayPal

I am so disappointed in PayPal. I placed an order for 3 items. When I went to check on my order, I got an "oops" message saying the site was no longer available. I tried emailing, no reply. So I started the dispute through PayPal. I then got one item I ordered, and PayPal closed the claim saying it was resolved, I got my stuff. Long time PayPal customer will be canceling my account

Got charged by an app I played after buying a one time VIP 7 day no ads for Tap Tap music for $2.99, I was then charged again a few days later for $9.99 and the next month another $9.99 even though after I purchased the first time, I canceled the subscription on my iPhone so the no ads was only for 7 days. Done with Paypal/waste of time & money

Done with Paypal. Charged son fee for receiving gift money. After much communication & phone call, they saw the lack of transparency in making sending options plain & still refused to refund the fees. Their "customer service" is useless. What a waste of time & money. Using Venmo from now on as so many former paypal users do.

Paypal deserves zero stars

Paypal deserves zero stars. I have been a long time PayPal user. Recently there are two transactions that I did not authorize. They are denying my claim saying the transactions were authorized. They definitely were not by me. I am getting my money back by disputing with my bank directly. Paypal is a really terrible service. Their customer service suck. There is not any way to reach them. I have issue with forgetting my password. The only way to retrieve it was through text, no other option was given. And that did not work. I did not receive any text message after trying several times. There was no way to message them.
