They're terrible. When I try to get support after they robbed me for thousands of dollars of fees they have no support. There is never anyone available.

Paypal is a cover for scammers. I have used paypal for the first time and paid for a Nintendo switch not knowing it was a bogus site. PayPal is a way for the scammers to steal your money. Can't get through to them, no customer service. Have to go to my solicitor to get this resolved.

3+ week wait for a check from Paypal = BAD RATING

I have been waiting three weeks now for my check from Paypal. Called a few days ago, and was told I must wait "three business weeks" before they'll look into check questions. I was told the pandemic might be to blame for the slow mail. Give me a break! More likely the check was only cut a week ago. Called again today, was on hold for FORTY MINUTES, and never got to speak to anyone. Finally hung up. This is no way to run a business!

If I could I’d give it minus stars

If I could I’d give it minus stars. PayPal isn’t user friendly, they keep your money on hold for months at a time (meaning you can’t spend or access it at all until they decide you can) it’s hard to navigate, they are basically just money grabbers and I don’t recommend them at all.

We have been ripped off by the company we purchased from and PayPal. Neither will recompense or offer to review our claim. £120. Is alot of money to us and they are condoning fraudulent companies and allowing them to use their reputation, free will and unreliable.
