Avoid like the plague
No such thing as buyer protection! I had placed two expensive orders this year and done payment though PayPal for its supposed buyer protection. Both these orders needed to be refunded. I provided all evidence of broken/faulty items, photos of return postage receipts and tracking numbers for returned postage to the seller. Apparently I didnt provide any of these and they have sided with the company to not refund me. I would avoid this payment sight like the plague

PayPal offer no support to customers…
PayPal offer no support to customers who keep them in business we have had 4 issues over the last year where items were not delivered from online sites like eBay and PayPal keep moving the resolution date and then side with anyone but you even if you have hard evidence to prove you didn’t receive the items no point using these people as customers need someone on their side bye bye PayPal your operation sucks.

I will NEVER use PayPal again!
I wish I could give PayPal a Minus* review. I sold on Ebay an item I purchased 5 years ago. Never sold anything on Ebay, it was my first time. After the bidding was closed, I went to PayPal to confirm the funds have been received. But my account is frozen. PayPal thinks that everyone that sells on Ebay is a business. I am not. I sold a personal item. I mean, I get it, they have to hold the funds in escrow till you fulfill your obligation as a seller. That's fine. But not what they are ...

Pessimi. Pacco inviato dal venditore dopo l'apertura della controversia, ho ricevuto merce completamente diversa da quanto ordinato. Paypal ha chiuso la controversia perchè "il venditore ha inviato l'oggetto". Probabilmente in combutta con questa gentaglia, tra l'altro plurisegnalata sui loro stessi forum (PUWEY clothing giusto per fare nomi e cognomi), o talmente incompetenti da non verificare quanto inviato dall'utente. NO BUYER PROTECTION!

As a seller/business owner I would never trust to keep my money in a PayPal account. They can freeze it any time, with any excuse. Do not put your business at risk with them, especially if you are new and trying to build something. Even then, it already destroyed businesses who relied on PayPal. Other than that, as a regular user just to pay for stuff, I've had no issues and it just seems, they would mainly side with buyers.

PayPal is actually a scam
PayPal is actually a scam. I had a delivery that was mailed out by the seller but undelivered (I think USPS lost it) and it was Priority Mail too. It's really obvious that it's been lost, it's been in transit since more than a month ago. And PayPal just keeps delaying the estimated resolution date. So disappointing!Also, as a seller, they refuse to release the hold on my payments by saying that buyer has to confirm delivery. However, there is no such conformation button for the buyer to ...
