Bad company with unhelpful staff !!
After using Paypal for a good few years, the amount of times I've had to call, for issues I shouldn't have to, the staff are rude and very unhelpful. today was the final straw. If you value your time and money stay away from Paypal.

We have kicked Paypal into touch.
I along with my wife have dealt with Paypal for a long time up until now, recently goods received have not been as advertised,Paypal found in favour of one seller who sent out faulty phones, then they went bust we could not appeal their decision, we made a purchase using PayPal credit goods received were not as advertised and arrived damaged beyond use, seller requested these goods be sent back to China, we ended up losing money on postage as Paypal will only refund £15, then after ...

Estoy muy descontento con ellos!! No me han contestado las preguntas ni me han solucionado los problemas. Compre como original y cuando lo recibí era falso... PayPal no me solucionó nada después de perder tiempo enviando mensajes fotos y pruebas.No volveré a usar sus servicios

Nach falschem Ort geliefert
Die Sendung wurde nach falschem Ort adressiert und geliefert. Nachweis vom Lieferant wurde an PayPal angebracht.Beschluss vom PayPal: sowieso wurde die Sendung geliefert. 130€ wegPackage was addressed and delivered to the wrong address, USPS confirmed it, all information was provided to PayPal. PayPal resolution: anyway package was delivered, so no refund.
