FRAUD, poor customer service and more...

PayPal’s customer service is unreachable. I opened my paypal account 3 days ago and already got scammed. I was charged with 3 different transactions over 200 dollars that are absolutely FRAUD! It’s impossible to contact them. Thankfully my bank was able to despute those payments. PAYPAL IS LITERALLY TRASH! don’t open an account with them you’ll get screwed

È inutile passare tramite paypal, sia quando si acquista sia quando si vende e l'ho provato io stesso. Ho venduto un libro su ebay, dopo 1 mese che la signora ha ricevuto il mio pacco apre un reclamo tramite il suo istituto bancario dicendo che la transazione non è stata fatta da lei, guarda caso il pacco è stato firmato da lei. Nonostante io ho mostrato a paypal che la signora aveva preso il firmato e preso il pacco, paypal ha dato ragione a lei addebitando la somma dal mio conto + 16 euro ...

Great service. No problems. No fees

I have been using Paypal for several years. I have never encountered a problem. I can receive money and then withdraw it to my bank account. Very good service and no fees for withdrawing money. I look forward to European accounts to have the functionality of cryptocurrency.

Nie wieder PayPal

Nie wieder PayPal Ich bedanke mich vielmals bei PayPal für den nicht hilfreichen und absolut unorganisierten Umgang mit den Kunden. Ewige Wartezeit und endlose Hotline obendrauf. Ohne eine einzige Zahlungsaufforderung ein Inkassounternehmen einzuschalten ist eine absolute Frechheit. So kann man seine Kunden verscheuchen. Daher kann ich für mich festlegen, nie wieder via paypal zu zahlen.

Have called so many times

Have called so many times. Every time I call, I can't speak to anyone. Their automated system is not helpful at all. Someone opened up a business account under my personal account, and I can't get it resolved. I finally got to a place where I could get a call back. They did call me back, but they put me on hold for 48 minutes, and then disconnected the call.

Years of annoyance...

Text authentication doesn't work properly, texts take way too long to come through. Important info you'd think would be easy to access never is and the customer service team and processes just suck. Paypal have pissed me off on so many occasions over the years. I hope one day they get replaced for something that's actually good

I have been fighting with these people…

I have been fighting with these people for year now. Here is what happen. My son bought a x box game for $22 . I let him use my credit card. He made his own account. 1 week goes by he received his game. My card was charged $25. Everything was fine. 2 weeks later my credit card gets charge $250 from PayPal. I question my son if he bought anything else he said no. I looked on his account nothing was charged but the game. I called PayPal gave them the information and a email of the charges. ...
