I've tried to login after remembering my password then its wants to send a code to a wrong phone number which I can't change as I can't access my account without a code to send to the wrong number.I don't want to use PayPal I just wanted to use my card but some sites insist, its absolute crap and a pointless company.

Decepcionada de Pay pal y sus servicios!

Yo he sido un usuario frecuente de Pay Pal. Nunca había requerido usar su centro de resolución y quede muy decepcionada, Hice el pago a una compañía que debía mandarme 6 adornos navideños, unos carruseles musicales y recibí 3 calacamonias. Pay pal resolvió a favor de ellos y en su pagina no hay manera de pedir que revisen sus resoluciones. Perdí más de 3,000.00 y me quedaron 3 calcomanías de un árbol navideño! Muy decepcionada de Pay pal!

I cannot log in into my account almost…

I cannot log in into my account almost for one year already. The phone number linked to my account is not available any more. However, I cannot log in without receiving a confirmation to my phone (which does not exist any more). The most frustrating thing is that it seems impossible to get in touch with paypal to solve the issue.

I cannot comprehend how this company is so popular. i am trying to log into my account, they are asking for mobile number, but i have changed mobile number. there is NO email to send them a query, NO reply from facebook page, i just want to log in , cancel a payment, and then close my bloody account with these scammers.

Shut out of account with no access to money

So paypal have decided to not confirm my identity and have shut me out of my account. I have money in there that I need now and there is no way to get in contact with them. Sent them a message and nothing! This is completely irresponsible on their part. Big companies seem to just do what they please. Avoid avoid avoid.

Was owed a refund which paypal had only £55 anyhow long story short they wanted to take £499 out & then put it back into my account to prove that the account i wanted my refund transferred to belonged to me,they even wanted me to phone my bank and authorise the withdraw and going by past performances of paypal said no I'd rather lose £55 than £499 so lost £55 ,Deleted my account with them and shall never ever use them again

If i had the choice, I would never use PayPal!

I'm sad to say that whilst we stopped using PayPal as a payment provider, we still make payments to some of our customers who want us to. However the service provided is very poor. On a near daily basis i receive a notification saying "We're sorry. We couldn't complete your payment, because it has been refused by the card issuer.
