Awful experience with account limitations and extremely untimely!

They just put a limitation on our online business account without any previous warnings and on Black Friday...they are saying it could take up to 5 days to put it back up.Great year to be messing with the one of the peak weeks in retail. Awful customer service too, especially on the chat

How can I fkcing withdraw without adding a bank account.

Paypal said I can now withdraw my money after limitation but I am not eligible to add a bank account. How the hell could I withdraw my fkcing money. Paypal is just a trash company and garbage service and a lot of hidden fees. This is the worst banking app ever. No worries cause with these performance, I don't think paypal will make it longer, IT WILL BANKCRUPT SOON

Poor customer services

I've had an issue trying to remove a bank account for over three years, each time I try to contact PayPal customer services, multiple people respond to the same thing, none of them are able to effectively deal with it by themselves, and constantly push the issue onto someone else. Totally disappointed

The seller requested me to close the pay pal case as they can not issue me the refund. I trusted the seller, and I closed the pay pal case. Now it has been 5 working days and the seller does not even reply back. I asked to reopen the paypal case and they said I can not. Why wasn't I told that I can not reopen before closing it??? I am totally disappointed

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. They are working hand in hand with the company Switchnintendolimited. I purchased an item, through that website, and I was given a fraudulent tracking number. Contacted PayPal and they refused to call UPS and find out that the tracking number was for Wayfair and went to someone else. Therefore, they closed the case and I am out a lot of money. This has happened with several other customers. They also refused to let me close my PayPal account.

Does not protect the buyer AT ALL!

I've had to raise a dispute with Paypal due to TokyoTreat refusing to refund me for a box that was not delivered.TokyoTreat provided a false tracking number to Paypal - one that shows that the box was "delivered" - despite me having evidence that they've recycled a tracking number from a later box (I foolishly stayed subscribed due to recent events and hoping the boxes would turn up eventually.)Paypal have swallowed the lies and effectively allowed TokyoTreat to steal £60 from me.
