I would give a zero star if I could.Customer Service is a JOKE!!! If you ever need help you can just forget it.They don't read anything you write, waste of time. Most likely their Customer Service is outsource to a foreign country.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

They claim that they are the safest way of spending money and all the customer protection sounds glowing, until your account gets hacked and you try to open a fraud case. NOTHING RESOLVED AFTER OVER 5 PHONECALLS, ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER TWICE, BOTH TIMES I DIDNT RECIEVE A CALL, PAYPAL OWE ME OVER £100 YET HAVE THE CHEEK TO ADD -£20 INTO MY ACCOUNT.DONT JOIN.I had 3 bank accounts that were fantastic at helping me resolve all my fraud.

Paypal cash back mastercard issues

I have a paypal cashback mastercard and ever since I have had it I have had problems. If I could give a "zero" star I would. You cannot contact customer service on the phone nor can you get an issue (like mine) resolved online. I have been forced to make my payments via phone through synchrony bank. It is unheard of that a name like paypal would have such lousy service. I need them to respond to an urgent request and it's like they don't care to have customers.

I believe Paypal is acting outside of…

I believe Paypal is acting outside of the law with the complaints I am reading. My complaint is they froze my account with no explanation and will not let me close it and remove my banking information. That seems criminal to me. I hope a lawyer picks up a class action lawsuit against them and their parent company EBAY for their unprofessional and maybe criminal activities.

I would rate it zero if I could. Never in my life have I been caught up in a more Kafkaesque situation. It is impossible to break out of self-referring algorithmic loops, even after hours of trying. Although they advertise a phone number so that you could actually speak to someone, it invariably says the department is closed and please to ring back during business hours. DO NOT JOIN PAYPAL and IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT CLOSE IT OR NEVER USED IT.

I am very upset with PayPal how can they just close my case regarding my payment I was trying to get back from this rip off company. No caring or hard feelings from PAYPAL for they costumers, this is unacceptable and very BAD after 8 years with PayPal I finally felt that this's waste of time and money to have an PAYPAL account right now. If I could give 0 star, I would. Paypal locked my account and will not give me my money. They won't accept my documents which is stupid becuase they are all up to date. I've never had problems with Paypal until now. This has been going on for over Month! Automation clips are NOT a help. I want to talk to a human being!

The Worst Customer support I have ever…

The Worst Customer support I have ever seen. I tried to contact them about a login error for 2 days. I called PayPal and waited for hours in the waiting line, multiple times. I tried to contact them with the live chat, no answers either. I give up.

No customer support at all

No customer support, won't send confirmation email, as good as useless. I rang customer service... after spending to much time speaking to an automated service that couldn't understand anything, even when typed it in.. I finally get put through to a call center and I'm told its closed and to call back in office hours 0830am to 0830pm.... I was calling at 0930am. I tried to raise a dispute, but PayPal won't let you type only select from their pre arranged headings. Totally rubbish.

Used to be good, is total SH**T now!

Have a verified Paypal account, confirmed credit card, regular expenses, money in the account.Suddenly it will not let me login, and returns a verification error. I tried contacting them via phone, live chat, email, etc. nothing works.No response, no explanation.I used the account for paying bills and subscriptions, just regular stuff.
