DON'T EVER USE PAYPAL !!!I sold a virtual goods (game account), the buyer claim a dispute and acting like he got scammed by meNow that guy have both my game account and his money back

Scammed and still left out of pocket even after a refund!

I have regrettably been scammed by buying a product advertised on Instagram and receiving a much cheaper, poor quality item than described from China. PayPal have arranged a refund but I need to pay for the postage back to China to get it??? Fair enough if its my fault that I don't want it but this is not acceptable when it is the buyer scamming me and I am the one left out of pocket! Shame on you paypal.

PayPal is obviously run by a bunch of crooks who see their customers purely as a cash cow. The worst customer service in the history of customer service and they don't seem to care at the misery they cause some people. Am just about to close my 2 accounts.

Customer Service does NOT exist

I purchased a product from a Scammer. Paypal are still allowing customers to purchase through this Scammer. Then they will not even refund my money. This is fraud. I am pretty disgusted. Trying to deal with Online chat is ridiculous because you just get stock standard answers. I used Paypal because it was supposed to support customers BUT it supports the scamming companies. Pretty disgusted.

I have used PayPal for many years without issue or concern. I actually believed it was safer to use than my credit card. Until now. I fell for an online scam...stupid I know. Bloccati due accessi senza motivo

Da qualche giorno non si riesce più ad entrare in paypal. Viene fuori la scritta “non è stato possibile verificare che sei proprio tu”. Funziona solo con un iphone e face-detection, se metto la password niente da fare. L’sms non arriva su due conti e provato 4 device differenti. Poi dopo qualche giorno, magicamente, l'sms è arrivato e l'accesso ripristinato.Il problema è l'assistenza che ha orari troppo limitati per un conto in cui si gestiscono i soldi. After many years using PayPal without…

After many years using PayPal without problem, I never thought I'll face that s*it like in last 2 weeks. For any bloody transaction on ebay, every time I have to login into my PayPal, everytime PayPal send me verification code. When I'm in hurry to buy something very quick before bought by others, I'm loosing precious time logging into PayPal and do verification. This is absolutely embarrassing. I hope PayPal would fix this rubbish.
