Avoid or pay the paypal price.

If you have any other option avoid this cash robot. I already had a verified account and tried to add my new shopping site to accept payments. Their response was to suspend my existing "verified" account for verification. After 1 day i got an email telling me the id pic i uploaded was too blury so tried again and still waiting..... Meanwhile my ebay sales and other small income are still on hold. All attempts to contact are met by a chat bot. They do not support small business so stay away.

PayPal is so customer unfriendly

PayPal is so customer unfriendly, I work abroad a lot and they gave now blocked my account so I can’t pay for anything. Why don’t they asked for verification instead of freezing your account and blocking you from signing in. I now can’t chat to them or email, I’m not ringing as it would cost so much money. This firm is rubbish. eBay need to change and get rid of PayPal or gave alternative ways to pay for goods.

I have been doing business on ebay for…

I have been doing business on ebay for over 5 years using paypal as my primary payment method. Then out of the blue, starting last week my paypal is getting flagged left and right with limitations. paypal required mountains of paper word/informations from me that will take me weeks to prepare. And meanwhile all my 30k is frozen in the account. They also required tracking informations for items that was sold for less than $5. WHO ON EARTH USES TRACKING FOR DOLLARS WORTH OF ITEMS? I disputed an incorrect payment where…

I disputed an incorrect payment where invoice was in USD but where Paypal took the amount in GBP. I queried this with Paypal but with no success. I thought using Paypal would give me some ptotection but sadly this is not the case. Unhappy with customer service and will be cancelling my Paypal account.

I try to access my account, but it requests a sent message to a mobile number, which is one that I haven't used for over 6 years and have no access to. How can I access my account without this number absolutely terrible and no way ! Called the number several times but after 1.5 hour hold cuts you off !

Ho aperto una contestazione dopo aver speso 90 euro per una luce laser stroboscopica di buona fattura e aver ricevuto una luce totalmente diversa. Invio foto e spiegazioni e nonostante ciò il verdetto è stato a favore del venditore cinese. Dopo 15 anni che uso paypal beccarmi una fregatura del genere e molto deludente. Do Not use PayPal

I ordered a product advertised on Facebook...I gave my credit card which turned out to be PayPal. Merchandise came from overseas...which was not indicated when I purchased it. Packages had been opened...possibly by customs...boxes were torn...I have pictures! Company refused to give me an RMA. PAYPAL NO HELP
