Awful company

I don't know where to start with this awful company! Zero customer service, holding onto your money, blocking you from logging into your account, constant technical issues, ignoring your messages. How is this company still being allowed to trade?! How has Trading Standards not shut them down? They warn you of PayPal scams when they are the REAL scammers!

Shame on PayPal!

Shame on PayPal! I have been with them since 2012 . I was a victim of a scam , I was taken for £2500 and I have already paying them £700. I am a disabled pensioner of 73 years and I sell on eBay to make a bit extra. They have now blocked my account and put me forward to a debt collection agency. I have given them loads of fees over the years I have had PayPal . Disgusting company.

Hatte einen offenen Betrag zu begleichen weil ich in Minus bei Paypal war weil 6 Lastschriften nicht durchgingen.Also rief ich an und die Dame sagte ich soll das Geld selber überweisen und das Sie es im System jetzt so einträgt das ich es selber zahlen werde.Also zahlte ich den offenen Betrag knappe 2000€ sofort per online Banking ein. Awful company. I have a dispute with another company, as my consumer rights have been affected. But they have washed their hands of the case. Now i will have to take this up with a small claims court. Basically, a seller promoted an offer of hair colours and when i received the colours, a lot were missing. when i contacted the company, Salon Services, they said they had decided to pull their promotion. Geen toegang meer tot mijn account omdat de 2 factor authenticatie (via mijn telefoon) niet (meer) werkt. Lukt op GEEN ENKELE MANIER met dit bedrijf in contact te komen om dit probleem te verhelpen. Nergens wordt op gereageerd. Ik heb vaker slechte ervaringen met bedrijven gehad maar paypal spant wel de kroon.

This to warn people that they have no protection from paypal and ebay.i bought some items on ebay, the seller then left it 30 days to get in touch, to inform me that their supplier was not honouring any future warranty claims. Mal atención al cliente. Poco recomendable.

Paypal ha cambiado mucho en los últimos años. Ya no es el servicio que da garantías a los compradores por internet. Pones una reclamación, y te marean hasta el infinito. No contestan los mensajes, te dan una dirección de correo electrónico que no existe, y al tratar de poner la opinión te dicen que no existe la página. Hoy en día hay formas mejores de pago. Poco recomendable.

unhappy with paypal service-none…

I have had paypal for years yesterday my daughter sent me money, had my debit card on file they asked for my checking #. I gave it to them now they say its not confirmed. I cant get ahold of anyone on phone or online. they charged me $5 to talk to someone online, no one helped me and I can't even cancel the $5. I tried 3 hours last night and started at 5am today, same. Very very upset asked for a call back-none
