I'm tired of PayPal's unethical business practices. Last week they decided to limit my count unilaterally because I sold a used product at a higher cost than my average transaction. They proceeded to restrict my account and then asked for a plethora of information, including the tracking number, original invoice for the used product, license, etc. This was ridiculous. Banned my account

I had a paypal account was using it to send money to friendly and family over seas and they banned it as according to them it was being used as a business account so i contacted them on the phone got right up to the bit where they hand you over to the right department and they cut the call so i spoke with them on twitter took the 3 months to finally get back to me and they tell me some bs that they tell everyone Disgusting service

if i could give them less i would, robbing bastr*ds, highly reccommend not to use there services as they carry out illegal and fraudulent business practices. trying to take away rights from the uk citizen about taking them to court, silly fools everyoneone should take you to court, hope there share price falls !

UNFIT FOR PURPOSE

After using PayPal for over a decade, in recent months it has become UNFIT FOR PURPOSE. NOT SAFE! AVOID

I have been hacked via Facebook and a small amount of money has been deducted via PayPal. Facebook confirmed that it is a fraud and did not accept the payment and they said it is on the way back to me. However PayPal simply did not pay it back. Also an unauthorized payments just went though so easily that I have no trust for them

Paypal's seller protection is useless and costly.

Paypal was needed to sell&buy on platforms such as eBay and depop. I am a private seller selling my old but good condition items on said platforms to get extra cash. I recently sold an expensive & authentic product to a buyer, he understood everything and agreed on my terms and conditions. Not Reliable. Bad company.

Paypal is not dependable. They sided with the scammer and didn't give me a chance to appeal about the dispute I filed. I sent them so many messages including all the documents to prove that I was scammed but all my messages fell through the cracks. Paypal is not protecting their customers so I stop using them and instead I am now using a different company. Be warned: Don't take the risk by using paypal.

Already waiting 8 months for my PayPal…

Already waiting 8 months for my PayPal account that shouldve been "unlocked" in 6 months. My PayPal shouldve been unlocked 2 months ago. I've been forwarded to 4 different departments, sent my ID and other documents 4 times and around 20 e-mails later my account still hasn't been unlocked. I'm so done and tired of it, please paypal do something about your support.
