Hacked hijacked stolen PayPal won't help me

Warning to others if you use PayPal and someone hacks you're account and sends you're money to others £768 then shuts the account down. PayPal has told me that they cannot do anything about it its out of there hands its basically not there problem I've called them 2 time'sand I get the same awncer. Terrible service

The waiting times are insane in the queue and even basic services like resetting lost phone numbers are not possible. I think it will be soon replaced by more capable service providers.

PayPal buyer guarantee is no more than a joke and not worth the paper it’s printed on, beware when using them

Ordered an item on Facebook and used my PayPal account to pay for it as I was under the impression I was covered by some kind of buyer guarantee! However when the item didn’t arrive I reported it to PayPal, they said I must give the seller a chance to resolve the matter, so I contacted them, and was advised that the order was on its way but they couldn’t provide tracking details until the parcel was in the UK. I am trying to access my PayPal account but due to the fact that they are asking me to provide a code, sent on a phone number that I don't own anymore, it's impossible to access the account, and here is where you find the true Paypal stupidity entering on o stupid neverending loop trying, being redirected from one "self-helping" page to another, and to another, and then back to initial page. PAYPAL is a MUST for ALL ONLINE TRANSACTIONs

If you do anything online (buy, sell) Paypal is a def must!! They are seriously the only online “protection” (firewall) we have in today’s world. Venmo is also an awesome, safe cash app owned by Paypal (of course!). Paypal STOPS scammerS from scamming. Thank you for keeping online sales, trading, buying .. clean & honest!! Great Job Paypal!! I am appalled by the lack of concern…

I am appalled by the lack of concern for the consumer exhibited by PayPal. Want to be a fake/crooked/dirty reseller?! Hook up with PayPal for an account, get paid by a trusting buyer, take their money ... hide behind PayPal's archaic policies, "Well, the seller says it was delivered... so you received it. Case closed!". Why does PayPal side with the seller rather than their "valued" buyers?! Cash is King, people.

Paypal Stole my money

Made a few payments, they blocked my account with 1800 EUR in it, it has been stuck there for 8 months. Customer service doesn't exist, Paypal is a big scam run by thieves.
