First and foremost, most people I know that have a PayPal account has experienced something go wrong with their transactions, so just avoid PayPal entirely if you wanna save yourself the trouble. Paypal support is absolutely horrific

Paypal support is absolutely horrific. They don't read the actual issue, asking the same questions over and over again, offering the same canned responses. You will get more sympathy from a robot. There is no way to escalate a case, or to talk to anybody. They just don't care. Worst blood pressure increasing experience in the world!

I can confirm that PayPal’s buyers ‘protection’ is a complete sham. For 30 days they say they are ‘investigating’ they just close the claim . You have no protection from PayPal. They protect there business customers even when it’s so obviously a SCAM. Do not think you can speak to a human at paypal , it’s not possible. Paypal drew money from my bank account without any reason

Paypal rejected a payment I tried to make when ordering online. I checked with the eshop and they confirmed that my order was never accepted since payment was refused. However, Paypal drew the money from my bank account, deleted the charge from the Paypal history (so I cannot file a complaint related to this charge anymore), and has not responded to any of my multiple attempts to reach out to them for almost a week now.. Impossible to get my money back it seems

I purchased some goods through SHEIN. Who sent me some items and not all. I chased this company aparently based in China to never hear back. They ignored me: I then put a case through PayPal. They reviewed the case and closed in their favour as they had not heard from me! Complete mistake and major error from PAYPAL.
