Don’t use PayPal
As with other reviews that I wish I had read before using PayPal I have found their customer service appalling. I thought by using PayPal I would have some protection but having had a dispute with one of my payments I have found there is no protection at all and all I have received is 2 automated emails and so I’ve lost £40 and can’t get it back. Be warned!

Awful experience

Account Fraud & Bad Advice
I received a letter from paypal to my home address telling me i had an account that had not been used in 12months and if i didnt de active it i would get a £9 service fee! the letter tells me NOTHING about the account so i have NO idea about it.... i called paypal and got through to someone in Asia! what an IDIOT, he kept on telling me to igonre the letter if the account wasnt mine, i tried to explain that this account was registered to my home address and would go against me! Whats going on with this company?...I have a negative balance which I keep trying to pay back ,,,but every time you ring , the system says it can,t help with that sort of enquiry , they have blocked my account so I can,t log in , and live chat is,nt live at all , as your sat waiting for hours, and nobody gets back to you !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am not surprised PayPal has one star. I’m sure if most people had their way it would be 0 stars. I am disgusted by the customer service. I was hung up on by supervisor LORD. I am unable to access my account. Forget password leads to a phone number code, the number on PayPal is not one I recognise. Instead of adding my number to the account for me to gain access they removed all previous numbers. Then when I spoke to supervisor LORD he wouldn’t reinstate the correct number and told me ...

PayPal are appalling
PayPal are appalling. I notified them to say I hadn't received something I had purchased. They looked into it via the resolution centre. Then they said they have closed the case as the seller had provided proof of delivery. I don't see how as I received no delivery. It now seems nigh on impossible to get a response to dispute the dispute and I am £45 down. Appalling service

Scam Company Avoid !
I made a Depop account not even a week ago to sell shoes on. I got my first sale and shipped the item special delivery the next day. The customer had the shoes a day within ordering and left me a 5 star review. The money from the sale I had to wait 48 hours for. After which I was then told I had to wait another 48 hours to withdraw the money to my bank. Then I receive an email to say my account is permanently restricted they don’t want my service but have put a hold on withdrawing my money ...

D’accordo con un mio cliente su sua proposta accetto di ricevere il pagamento di un abbonamento mensile di consulenza online di allenamento e fitness su un conto Paypal, premetto di aver avuto prima di allora una sola esperienza di pagamento per un acquisto fatto online e quindi di risultare già affiliato.
