BEWARE!!!
BEWARE!!!! IF YOU HAVE A DISPUTE GO THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT HOPEFULLY HAVE TIED TO paypal!!!Paypal is a terrible way to pay for items. If you have a dispute with them don't bother they will do NOTHING! Go through your credit card company that you hopefully have tied to the paypal account. Paid for a mitre saw and got a plastic toy whistle. Months going back and forth. Finally says I need to send the toy back to China then I'll get a refund. I am given 5 days to mail it. While ...

PayPal is very difficult to reach
PayPal is very difficult to reach, responds minimally to complaints, complaints form is difficult to find and PayPal transfers the responsibility for unfounded payments to the recipient.

Paypal runs and hides. . . .
Paypal knows that several of its clients are scammers. I have personal evidence of two such (from China). In both cases the seller provided tracking evidence for a small package. In one case I received 2 x sd cards instead of 2 x cctv cameras and in the other a set of 4 drill bits instead of a folding work bench. Paypal's Community Forum is full of desperate cases involving the same sellers yet Paypal treats each case as if it's a surprise. I sense that Paypal stand to lose a lot of money ...

Even if you win a case you don't get…
Even if you win a case you don't get your money back. No way to contact them, an automated response on every email. No way to talk to a person. They lie and cheat. In their mail, they say that you can always call us, but there is no phone number anywhere. Worst company ever, this is properly illegal.

Ayudan a Estafadores!!
Lo peor ! Malísimo. Por favor gente no compráis nada con Paypal!! Estan protegiendo solo estafadores ! No hay ninguna ayuda para compradores ! Estafadores de aliexpress están pagando a paypal. Y si vas a recibir un artículo diferente de que ha comprado de aliexpress , Paypal no ayuda ! para nada! Te hacen culpable de todo y siempre están protegiendo estafadores !!! Cuidado mucho ! Mejor comprar con Amazon , más ayuda y se puede confiar !

Nie wieder Paypal/nicht empfehlenswert !!!!!!!
Seit Tagen warte ich auf mein Geld von Paypal obwohl ich den Sendungsnachweis von DHL gemeldet habe.Der Empfänger hat die Ware schon längst erhalten.Telefonisch ist man gefühlt Stunden in der Warteschleife. Das Gespräch mit der Kundenberaterin brachte dann auch nichts. schade um die kostbare Zeit.

Täyttä keltaista nestettä koko firma!
Toimi niin kauan kuin toimi. Sitten ostin ruotsalaiselta yritykseltä mikä lähetti väärän tuotteen. No ei hätää.. PP mainostaa että maksaa palautusrahat ja puoltaa varmasti kun näin selkeä tapaus jos haluaisin nostaa asiasta tutkinnan. Ei puoltanut. 2kk taistelun,kuittien,lukuisien viestien lähettämisen jälkeen päätti ettei valitukseni ole aiheellinen. Odottivat että firma saa tavaran takas. Rahojeni palauttamisesta ei puhuttu mtn. Worst support I have encountered
Took two weeks to resolve an issue where my account was hacked. Though Paypal knew and "understood" the urgency of the situation, they allowed the "hacker" full access and privileges to my account while they took their time doing sweet damn all. Now a new issue, they have stopped me withdrawing my money as they want ID and letters on letterheads (which I am fine with & understand security measures require these type of things) but to give your customers absolutely no notice that this will ...

The worst customer service EVER!!
The worst customer service EVER!!! Got locked out of account with alot of money in it and the bs automated customer service is soo bad!! Tgey refuse to acknowledge communication and unable to resolve and have started to raise case with Financial Ombudsman Ireland and if that's doesn't work it will be off to small claims court.Stay away at all costs from PayPal.....disaster!!!

Helt igennem dårlig kundeservice!! Håbløst. Umuligt at kontakte dem telefonisk. Allerede der 👎 til alle firmaer man ikke kan kontakte pr. Telefon, responstiden bliver jo ultra lang, når der kun kan skrives beskeder og chattes. Og hvis det så bare fungerede. Har nu uden held ventet i 5 dage på at få svar på en besked jeg skrev til dem, stadig ingen respons! Det lykkedes mig så efter, 45 minutters cirkuleren rundt på Paypals labyrintiske hjemmeside, at finde et chatforum hvor man kan stille ...
