Gebruik geen Paypal!Men zegt dat je aankoopbescherming hebt als koper. Wat een lachertje!Zelfs bij een heel duidelijke zaak van oplichting waarbij men een minderwaardig item verstuurd ipv het bestelde item, weigeren ze alsnog de claim. Het bestelde item is 40x meer waard dan het gestuurde item. Spreek anders van in het zak gezet worden!Ik gebruik sinds 2007 Paypal. Mijn allereerste claim is geopend op 8 oktober 2020. Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. How are they a publically traded company? They don’t cater to their customers. I cannot get through to any of their agents. Inquiries submitted are never responded. It’s unreal.

Paypal works well but Not Internationally

Paypal works well for ebay transactions. However don’t ever use to pay for any foreign transaction. I foolishly paid with paypal for something being shipped from China that never arrived. Paypal accepted the made up delivery confirmation from an imaginary Chinese shipper. There is NO protection that you get with a real credit card. Very disappointed in the company after using it for years on ebay.

Works fine

Works fine, never had problems. Paying with PayPal gives you safety over your buy process.

PayPal never ever again

PayPal should feel blessed that I even gave one star! Only because of one customer representative. 4 or 5 years ago I tried PayPal with ending up loosing 60 dollars right off the rip. Another 30 and I just thought I would never touch the name PayPal again. 2020 I really needed the money I needed food and gas. My daughter in law sent me 30 it showed on both ends. PayPal are con artists!

This company banned me for life nearly 2 years ago. I sold homeware items, and had a secondary PayPal for CBD products I sold as a different company. They banned BOTH PayPal accounts.They allow everyone else to continue selling CBD products. When they are challenged they say it is due to several factors but my account was squeaky clean, I ran my little business immaculately and within all guidelines.I was made aware that PayPal do not support the sale of CBD products on their platform, but ...

PayPal onbereikbaar! Geen email of telefoonservice

Er wordt gedreigd met kosten voor inactieve accounts. Inloggen lukt niet vanwege nieuw (buitenlands) telefoonnummer. Hierdoor geen text message mogelijk, er is geen email adres en de telefoon service is gestopt wegens COVID (eerst wel even 5 minuten menu afluisteren).

PayPay...Run, run, run. They are an abysmal fund transferring service.

I have had nothing but problems with trying to transfer money from PayPay to my bank account. I have to change my password with every transaction and half the time they will not complete the transaction of their end because their service is always down. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone regarding this because their phones are down. They then direct me to help. I cannot get any answers on help either as their criteria for help searches are very limited and they cannot answer questions ...

Terrible company

Terrible company with very poor customer service, they don't respond to emails. Treated awfully by them despite being a regular user for many years. Please don't use Paypal!!

Always back sellers!

Had a faulty item - seller agreed to let me send it back for refund - they then disappeared off Ebay - Paypal 3 times refused to help me - so I lost £200 and the item - all because apparently they don't cover faulty goods!. The seller turned out to be a scammer and genuine people were caught up in it buy Paypal didn't care! Mass court case going before the high court next month. Gonna sue them with 160 other people!
