Awful. We had money for our immigration transferred via paypal from my dad. They refuse to release the funds. I tried about 5 diff things I was told to do with several customer service reps and not one person can help. Our lives are in the balance and they screwed us. I purchased a fitness watch from Vanco Group. It was advertised on Facebook. When it arrived is bore no resemblance to the photo. I contacted PayPal and the seller. I returned the"watch" to China by UPS as instructed. PayPal asked for all supporting documentation. I sent them the ad photo, a photo of the article that I received, copies of the correspondence and a pdf of the UPS shipping document where at my expense I returned the watch to China. They are clearly running a scam.Why would a company like Paypal need my tax return statements where cops don't ask for it? Even if you provide it, they email you saying you need to upload your driver's license, when you click the link to upload your driver's license, there is no option to upload that! They did this just after I received $3000 on my Paypal account. They did it JUST TO SCAM ME OUT OF MY MONEY!

Customer service doesn't exist. I'm trying to verify my account to use for many many many months. I can't have any sorts of transactions. I can't edit information on my account.i can't delete my credit cards info either. It is all locked. I can't create new account cuz phone number is already used. So I'm locked in every way and there's no one to help. The worst financial service exist on the earth is paypal.
