TERMINALLY STUPID

These people are terminally stupid. I had a claim to eBay refused, quite rightly so because it was out of time. I then claimed on PayPal which was in time. Without my permission they then sent it onto eBay and they now want me to believe that eBay has caved in and will pay my claim. Pull the other one. PayPal is a conartist. They’ve taken unauthorized money from my personal bank account that I can never get back. I’ve spent hours trying to contact someone and it’s always a bot asking irrelevant questions with no end in sight.

Disgusting customer service. Just put phone down when they please. Always holding money after i have sold and the tracking is not up to date on their side just so they can hold money longer. Scamming dirty rats should be held account in court !

Not happy with PayPal at all

Not happy with PayPal at all. When you pay using PayPal credit, pay the balance but receive a refund for your item from the seller, money goes back to PayPal credit even though you paid the balance with no way of withdrawing. That's theft. Not only that but they make it very hard to contact someone about it, no obvious phone number available just a rubbish texting service. If this isn't resolved shortly and that money doesn't go back into my bank I will stop using this service and advise ...

They don’t even worth 1 star

They don’t even worth 1 star. They are the worst customer service ever. Liars and just playing around with you. Unacceptable every one of them just saying different stuff and just want to get you frustrated. I had to deal with them on the phone every single day as they placed my money on hold without no accurate reason from a sale on eBay. Even the buyer had to contact them to help me out as they were no able to release my funds. Film of lies and bad customer services. Never again using them.
