I used to like Paypal which I used since the beginning.However this time was horrible.I purchased an advanced wall scanner. The merchant sent me a stud finder instead. I wanted to be refunded completely. Paypal solved my problem and the merchant will reimburse me, as long as I send him the article valued at 5$. I must pay le return fee of more than 50,00$. This time Paypal, you fail and will loose another loyal customer.

Impossible to get you money

PayPal is linked to eBay and they are owned by the same corporation. When you sell on eBay they take a commission and insist on payment trough paypal. What they don’t tell you is that PayPal takes a further huge commission then holds your money for months so you cannot access your money. In any other context this would be theft. And if you are unhappy or have a problem you can contact them where some software reads your comments then says it does not understand. Top marks for theft, zero ...

Paypal's horrific new Security protocol..and no humans

Paypal just initiated a horrible new security protocol. Where before the "are you a robot" test had one screen, now customers have to click on grainy photos for an incredible...four such scenes before being allowed access. There is literally ZERO potential to talk to a human being about the problem...they shunt you to online advice...I have been a customer of Paypal since inception and this is the worst they have ever been...no customer support at all...Find and use some other payment ...

I wish I could give zero stars !!! Such terrible customer service. I have a Limitation on my account for no reason and have submitted everything asked to have it taken off and still nothing ?? Little to no answer from customer support. Would not recommend !!!😤

I disputed a purchase that I never received. Actually, two separate cases in which I bought two litter boxes. One was $24 and the other was $9 and change. The nine dollar one is to be refunded but the other is denied. I NEVER received the item and when emailing the company the address comes back not existing. I’m so disappointed in PayPal.
