Would have put ZERO stars if available....This company has completely bottomed out, during the Covid pandemic. They have always been a bit difficult to get help from, but recently they have totally turned off customer support in exchange for automated robots who cannot answer anything. WOW. HORRIBLE costumers service. Iam in shock. This company is full of liars and they robbing us. They holding my money for no reason and constantly making excuses. Somebody need to do something about this Shameful company. DO NOT USE PayPal! Just read the reviews before and then think. Horrible horrible horrible.

Permanently Limited My Account

I ran a small Vaping business for the past three years and PayPal was the payment processor. On the 19th of November 2020 I had an email stating they were closing my account and there is no option to appeal their decision.I called and was given several email addresses, all of which I were given did not email back to date. Atrocious

Atrocious. Money on hold for reasons only Paypal know. It was only £200!! Can't get in touch with them via phone, message system is appalling, website just sends you round in circles. Even updating tracking info has no effect on the releasing of funds. Very very very poor
