Account restriction no reason

Account restriction no reason. Submitted required documents of picture ID and proof of address, now I wish I didn’t. 4 days later still restricted. Call customer service on hold over 4 hours then robot came on and said to send PayPal an email. Sent PayPal an email talked back and forth explaining my situation to another robot who told me to call customer service. Have been loyal customer since 2006.

PayPal are just getting worse, not only are their rates extortion! You now have to get a code EVERY time you buy something and 9 times out of ten the code doesn’t come?????? I’ve been in touch and they have sorted it but yes you guessed it no they haven’t 🤣gone from a bad company to a joke company

A shocking lack of customer service

A shocking lack of customer service . A total lack of interest in helping their customers . My account was placed under a review , the reason given was a political conections review. I am not making this up . I was unable even to close my account and when I phoned I got a automated machine that said my phone number was not recognised as a account holders number. Seller wrote my address wrong, paypal didn't refund me

My seller wrote my address wrong so it went to another address, then it was delivered to 'a neighbour', I rang all the doorbells and put signs up all over the building but never heard back. I made a complaint to paypal and they didn't refund me because the seller had a tracking number for the wrong address. They advised me to go knock on their door...which I'd already done. The company has continuously sent use fake tracking numbers and it’s been quite a few months this has been going on. Заблокировали средства на 180 дней. После чего не дают вывести средства. Пишут только на зарубежный счет PayPal. Где я его им возьму, если я гражданин России. PayPal - мошенники!!! Не работайте с ними.

Sent a cheap plastic item instead of what was ordered.

I purchased a 12inch man-made seaglass Christmas tree off of a site on Facebook from Seller's name: Xue Airong, also under email address ashley12. What I received was a cheap 7 inch, clear plastic tree. Seller made several attemps to offer me $3 and $6 dollar refund, order was for $29.64.
