I believe PayPal may have become to big…

I believe PayPal may have become to big to properly provide decent service. 3 to 4 hour wait to speak to someone says it all.Need to start looking at other services to use instead

Absolutely shockingly bad

Absolutely shockingly bad. I made a direct payment to clear my balance early and cancelled my direct debit with my bank. I waiting for nearly two weeks for it to show on my bank account but, it never did. I checked my Paypal account on a virtually daily basis and it showed that it was clear, two weeks later, it showed that the payment I had made had been rejected even though I had more than enough funds in my bank.I tried the 'help' button where it says someone will get back to me but, they ...

Der letze Dreck überhaupt

Der letze Dreck überhaupt! Seit Monaten muss ich Geld einzahlen um Paypal zu nutzen. Leider bin ich gezwungen PayPal zu nutzen, da es "eigentlich" schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert. Habe mich mehrmals telefonisch und via eMail beschwert, leider ohne Erfolg. PayPal schiebt es auf ein Systemfehler! Ich solle ca. 5 bis 8 Mal von meinem KTO Geld auf das PayPal Konto überweisen und dann würde dies wie bisher frei sein. PayPal sollte verboten werden! Dreckige Abzocker!!!

Absolute rubbish

Always happy to take money be it in fees or hold it against your will. Also claim it will take longer to withdraw money for security reasons. Terrible company.

Presente una reclamación pues compre una cosa y no vino la talla correcta hablo con el vendedor y me dice que le devuelva el material y lo envío donde me indican pagando 25€ pero no me reintegran lis 99,9 dólares y me pongo o lo intento en contacto con pay pal y después de torearme impertinentemente me dicen que el vendedor ha dado una dirección y que le devuelva el material ( ya devuelto) a otra dirección intento decirle a pay pal que ya lo envié y que ellos tienen tanto el escrito donde ...

Terrible customer service

Have been trying to get a refund from Paypal for weeks now. Despite having provided the proofs they required (for return of an item we had paid for and returned) they just refuse to pay up. Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare and I have no intention of having anything to do with them again.
