I saw an advert last night saying "You can Trust PayPal". No you can't. They say that they give guarantees but it appears that they always take the sellers side. I recently bought some shoes online and paid using PayPal. The supplier sent the wrong size and was then very obstructive with regard to resolving this matter. Worst customer service

They waited 3 days to answer, suggested me to call which is not answered. It was an urgent issue, my number had been stolen. In short don't trust paypal. Use alternatives as much as you can.

Full of ignorant and cold blood people. Paypal delayed my claim for a few weeks and ignored my feedbacks. Bad service and a stealer!

Tried to contact them several time but they just did not want to solve the problem but stole money from me. I can not transfer the payment the buyer sent me to my bank account but they did not do anything to help me.
