My experience is TERRIBLE

My experience is TERRIBLE! I have multiple charges appearing on my credit card statement but not on PayPal site. I can’t file a dispute online because the transactions don’t appear on their site. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE.Worst customer experience EVER.

No protection no matter what they claim! I ordered two items during lockdown- thought I had checked out the companies to make sure they were legit but used PayPal thinking that was safer just in case. One order never arrived and I was subjected to months of spam, the other was an abysmal quality knock off. stolen my 7200 USD

It has become online thief, stolen my 7200 USD stating that I did damage to their User Agreement, I was never told that what actually I did wrong to them. trying to contact them via phone, email, social media and every possible way but as they are now thief they are not even replying to my messages, keeping me on hold for hours on phone.

Avoid using PayPal for ANYTHING. It's not worth the headache.

In the eyes of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and state regulators, PayPal is not a bank. Why is this important? Bank regulations would prevent PayPal's notorious shady practices like suddenly freezing or closing accounts and seizing funds with little to no explanation. It's just easier to stay away from PayPal. There are safer and more reliable alternatives out there.

Imposible recuperar mi saldo. Informales, irrespetuosos con el usuario, no responden a las reclamaciones

LLevo varios dias, intentando (mas de 5 intentos, en diferentes fechas) recuperar el saldo a mi favor en mi cuenta de PayPal. Cada vez que ordeno que transfieran el saldo a mi cuenta bancaria, su sistema me responde "transferencia efectuada". Unos minutos mas tarde, recibo otro mensaje diciendo"la transferencia no se ha realizado correctamente" acompañado de un texto que dice "no se ha podido completar la transferencia".
