I'm not happy with the Pay Pal protection as it didn't protect. I ordered some items and didn't receive them, no contact from company. Open dispute with pay pal and obtain a tracking number so case was close even though no products received. Visited my royal mail depot and open a dispute case, after two weeks for them to investigate I revisited and was told that the delivery driver no longer works for them due to lots of missing parcels. After 16 years of being a PayPal…

After 16 years of being a PayPal customer I have now closed my account. I bought a hammock and frame from a Chinese company safe (or so I thought) as I could pay by PayPal. I paid extra for express delivery - first fail it was outside the express timings. When it arrived it was just the hammock cloth - worth probably a quarter of the item price -this seems to be a well used scam by this business. PayPal doesn't care about unethical companiesI've got a problem with Soundcloud. I clicked the Cancel subscription button, then I deleted the app. Then I received an email from PayPal that I was billed $9.99 for the next month of subscription. I canceled it again. This company does not have an obvious customer service - so if things do not go well - you have to use a third party for help.It is no use trying to get in touch with customer services - you will listen to a recorded message and then be disconnected. I dont know how they get away with it - I would certainly NOT trust them with any money.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Tried to get into my account but their verification system could not let me in. Went on the messaging service, they were unable to help me. Told me to phone Cuustomer services, they were too busy, told me to use the messaguing service. Round and Round we go!! This has been 7 days now and still not in my account. They are just grossly inefficient and unable to support customers.

For a global company with a valuation…

For a global company with a valuation of $45 billion in the year of the pandemic, it's astonishing how crap their customer service 'dept' is.They take literally days to respond and then they regurgitate text from their own online guides.The fact we are trying to contact a human being, not a bot. Means we are seeking further assistance. Why does PayPal not get this, fundamental, most basic issue?
