I use PayPal regularly

I use PayPal regularly. The customer support is absolutely pitiful. They do not respond back to you. You could call them all you want but you will not be able to talk to a human being. This is horrible customer service and it should be changed immediately. They can't afford to hire operators to talk to someone and help people? This is terrible customer service!

PayPal has terrible support

PayPal has terrible service. I am currently on my 5th message conversation with them to get an issue sorted and they still can't provide the correct information to me. Different agents give conflicting information. Some give no information at all and simply hope you don't reply to their message in 24 hours so they can automatically close the convo.

Well just clicking on the reviews says it all!!Bought an item via PayPal for buyers protection. Item was never recieved basically I received a message from them after opening a dispute basically saying the item was delivered and ward showing so on tracking and I was lying!

I bought a wardrobe from a retailer…

I bought a wardrobe from a retailer that didn't want to refund the money when it was them who run out of stock and couldn't delivery. I escalated the issue to PayPal and within a week they resolved it. I now got my money back.

5 stars for being the worst.

To everyone claiming 'PayPal only cares about sellers' - I can show you right here that this isn't true. Unfortunately, they don't care about anyone, buyer or seller. Money on hold for no reason after years of solid custom with no issues. I've been a PayPal customer for years and have had many issues with them, but this is the last straw. You wait 6 hours to get one response from a human being that isn’t even slightly helpful, and by the time you answer this message you’ll have to wait until the next day to get another response. Absolute garbage customer service for a multi-billion dollar company.

Probably one of the worst customer…

Probably one of the worst customer service teams in the UK because there is no real people you can speak to. The message centre is a complete farce messages are left unanswered for days on end. When you get a message saying an agent will call you, you get a recorded message on your phone. ????? Why do we put up with this crap in 2020????

PayPal supports companies that are blatant scammers3 orders paid with PayPal and none received and PayPal have not upheld any of my claims, even though I offered video evidence of non delivery
