This is paypals way of getting the £9 yearly charge from inactive accounts surely this is fraud! PayPal now think they are gods gift as many organisations use them. I sent my marriage certificate to them to change my surname to my married name. Now my accounts restricted. Apparently when I created my PayPal account many many years ago I was underage.. Yeah OK, I am now 31 years old, still not old enough to use PayPal. PayPal billed me twice for the same order to the tune of 90.00 each, then took 71.00 for an order I never placed. Exceptionally high call volume is why you can’t straighten anything out. So in short I am out 160.00. You file a claim about items not received, and they almost always find for the seller. May as well just throw your cash on the front lawn
