Business acc blocked with no explanation, thousands subscriptions lost

We've been using PayPal for over a year and a few days ago we received a message that the account is permanently blocked with no further explanation. Just like this. We've been trying to connect with PayPal for at least any clarification and we managed to get just one reply basically stating that we can do nothing about it. В нарушение закона требуют копии паспортов для подтверждения статуса, но без статуса тоже можно перевести деньги, но с жуткими процентами.Ответов нет.Ссылок на норму закона нет. Это их причуды.Предлагаю всем писать жалобы в ЦБ России.В Турции ПЕЙ-Пел лишили лицензии ха такие проделки. Они собирают сведения о жителях России, .Банк мне выдал карту и проверил мою личность.

Horrible Customer Service

It's like these people are brain dead. You explain a situation to them twice and they still won't get it. I am trying to let them know that they charged me double and they can't seem to read the words I am typing. For every dispute I have had whether from selling or buying, none of them were taken care of to my satisfaction. The process takes way too long if "Paypal is one of the biggest and most familiar of all the online payment options."

Die antworten dann nach Stunden und stellen erneut die selben Fragen oder fordern die Daten noch einmal an. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company that suppose to protect you and your information. They used Venmo to steal my personal taxed income and completely manipulated my account with out any knowledge or permission. Poor service

Poor service! They block accounts without caring to tell you why and to solve the issue.They contact you after 5-6 days to instruct you to do things you are not technically permitted to do, although you have submitted screenshots about that.That's just semi-legal fraud.

I am so annoyed! I was using paypal through depop and due to the fees charged by both paypal and depop the sum of money I received from the item that I sold was less than $15...This then mean't that unless I opened a U.S bank account I would not be able to transfer my $13 to my own bank account so as a result I cannot access my OWN money.
