What do you like best? I like that the company provides great tech support and the customer service team is great. What do you dislike? I dislike that some of the newer functions aren't explained thoroughly. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure you create a platform for multiple admin user. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll is ran on time & we can connect our to the 403b to our payroll.

What do you like best? I really like being able to access it remotely, either to approve payroll from out of town or be able to see if someone has clocked in yet. What do you dislike? Can be buggy. Super frustrating to be out of town and locked out after being forced to reset a password. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Digitized payroll is better than the old system of manually approving punched timecards

Easy To Use

What do you like best? Paylocity is a very user friendly app. It can be used on a desktop or a mobile phone. It makes clocking in and out from work as well as submitting time off a breeze! What do you dislike? I do wish we could see our work schedules within the app What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Friendly user platform with great on call assistance

What do you like best? My experience with paylocity has been great thus far. Not only is the system easy to navigate but having an account representative has helped whenever I've had questions. What do you dislike? At times the reports do not bring over all the information. For example, the report which lists all employees and their titles, only brings over the department they are in and the column for their title is blank, but all employees have a title entered. Employee friendly not employer friendly

What do you like best? Easy to track employees hours and approving in the system. What do you dislike? Not a complete HRIS system that includes recruiting and performance evaluations. Webtime and Webpay can be very confusing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My time to process payroll has been cut in half or more.

Great “all in one” system

What do you like best? I like that paylocity handles timekeeping, payroll, HR, benefits, recruiting and onboarding in one system. Does Its Job

What do you like best? The best thing about this program is the mobile app. I like that interface significantly more than the website. It was also very easy to see the deductions and taxes from my paycheck. What do you dislike? It was pretty difficult to find the same thing twice when using the webpage. The tiles on the dashboard were theoretically helpful, but it was hard to remember exactly which links took me where - I wish I would have been able to create my own dash. ...
