What do you like best? Paylocity is continually moving forward to enhance user experience and provide additional features. What do you dislike? We have a complex allocation spreadsheet that distributes cost over 30 plus entities and programs. Moved from ADP and haven't looked back.

What do you like best? The technology is always being updated to remain current with the needs of customers. I can do so many things that I could not with ADP. It is very easy to use. What do you dislike? Only rarely do you get a rep who is not as knowledgeable and doesn't realize the impact certain things will have on other areas but it is rare. What do you like best? Easy to find lots of information in on place. What do you dislike? Reporting function is challenging to figure out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding and streamlining benefit maintenance.

Great Experience!!!

What do you like best? Customer Service is second to none!!!! It is very easy to get up with someone, and they are very quick to fix whatever problem I may have, or answer whatever question I may have. What do you dislike? I get confused sometimes with the report writing......maybe it's just me, but it takes me a while when I'm trying to write a custom report. However -- if it gets too overwhelming, I just call the excellent Customer Service and they help me! Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? Paylocity has great customer support. Someone is always available to answer questions and solve problems. What do you dislike? Our transition from old payroll provider was very rough. Still having issues and it's been a year. Recommendations to others considering the product: Paylocity has a lot of great features and customer support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very user friendly

What do you like best? The transition from our old payroll system to Paylocity went very well. They did a lot of the work without much involvement from our HR department. What do you dislike? The reporting can be difficult at times, they have so many reports, that sometimes that can be a problem finding if they have what you want or should you build your own. What do you like best? I like that Paylocity is user-friendly. Everything I need is right there, and usually on the homepage. It is easy to check balances, see pay stubs, and check benefits if you know where to look. What do you dislike? While there is a user guide, many users have difficulty navigating the site at first. What do you like best? I like how easy and intuitive the system is to navigate and how easily and quickly it is to speak with a customer service rep when needed. What do you dislike?
