What do you like best? Ease of Use, display options, electronic tax filing and reporting. What do you dislike? The program is a nightmare.

What do you like best? Nothing compared to other payroll programs. What do you dislike? The program is not user friendly and the training involves weeks and weeks of phone calls with a variety of different people. What problems are you solving with the product? The response from the assigned Account Manager is slow, though I understand the current situation maybe he's always busy. But the support is good. What problems are you solving with the product? Paylocity goes big on handling employee payroll, timekeeping, etc!

What do you like best? The fact that once you load everything into Web Pay it will update all the rest of the screens and if you have 401K or benefits they can be downloaded automatically without having to manually go in and add or delete items each year! Makes it such a breeze, especially for the first paycheck of the year! What do you dislike?
