Payroll and HR in 1 Place

What do you like best? Ease of Use, display options, electronic tax filing and reporting. What do you dislike? No being able to open the Pay module and the time module at the same time on two different screens. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? HR all in one place, talent management and acquisition is stream lined.

I like that Paylocity is basically a complete suite of HR and payroll needs (ATS, on-boarding, benefits (plug-in), payroll, performance, training/LMS, document storage, compensation, surveys, time keeping, and probably something I am forgetting. The program is a nightmare.

What do you like best? Nothing compared to other payroll programs. What do you dislike? The program is not user friendly and the training involves weeks and weeks of phone calls with a variety of different people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our problems are continuing.

Still trying to get used to the system and get passed the glitches

Paylocity has an advanced look. It is well organized.

What do you like best? I like the reporting. It is easy to access. What do you dislike? The response from the assigned Account Manager is slow, though I understand the current situation maybe he's always busy. But the support is good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The easy access of report compared to our previous payroll provider.

Paylocity goes big on handling employee payroll, timekeeping, etc!

What do you like best? The fact that once you load everything into Web Pay it will update all the rest of the screens and if you have 401K or benefits they can be downloaded automatically without having to manually go in and add or delete items each year! A business tool beyond our HR Department

What do you like best? As a smaller company, it was important to have a tool that could be used beyond the HR dept. We were blown away and continue to be by the capabilities of Paylocity and how it has improved access and ease for employees, leaders, and the HR dept.
