"Not the simplest out there"

What do you like best about Paycor? I appreciate how helpful the team is when I call or email them. What do you dislike about Paycor? Everything seems to be overly complex as the different sections don't always speak to each other. I think some of your people are not qualified in knowing taxes and deductions in payroll. What do you like best about Paycor? The staff is always nice, professional on the phone. The want to understand my need when they call. The staff gives me time to talk & doesn't interrupt. They know the system, how to navigate it. No one has ever talked down to me. You are given advance notice of any holidays that could effect the customer when running payroll. "Payroll Cruise Control"

What do you like best about Paycor? The automation and ease of use. Paycor allows us to set employees up and then let the payroll handle itself on cruise control. Not having to worry about payroll and W2's at the end of the year has been such burden lifted off the company. What do you dislike about Paycor? The only small thing I dislike is the Specialists assigned to take care of you change so often. I like knowing who my specialist is and being able to call and talk to that person. ...

I wish the time and attendance system was designed a little differently, employees have a hard time understanding their benefits. Onboarding has been a huge help to get new employees squared away.
