"Easy Payroll experience"
What do you like best about Paycor? Entering payroll is easy. Entering employees is easy. Updating direct deposit and addresses is super simple. What do you dislike about Paycor? Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Email is a better option than phone, but is still slow and cumbersome. No dedicated account reps. Changing tax info or adding new tax codes is a chore. "Always there when I need help"
What do you like best about Paycor? They're very helpful and respond very promptly over the phone. I've always been able to count on them when I have any questions. What do you dislike about Paycor? Since they changed their response system (now you have a support team instead of your usual rep.) e-mail responses are a bit slower. I used to get a phone call from my rep usually within 1 hour from the time I sent him the e-mail, now it can take up to 24hrs. What problems is Paycor solving and ...

"It has been a good value."
What do you like best about Paycor? The price and overall ease of use have been the best aspects. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes we get different answers to our issues depending on who we talk to in support. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to be payroll experts like when we did payroll in-house. The benefit is higher confidence that we are doing things properly.

What do you like best about Paycor? Right now one of the best features is the PTO on the home screen . It is up to date and includes all pto that happened and is requested . It has stopped the calls I get from employees asking their exact balance What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? The ease of processing payroll, what used to take us an entire day and sometimes a day and a half is not completed in a few hours. What do you like best about Paycor? It's nice to have the ease of use and the flexibility. What do you dislike about Paycor? I wished I was able to attend a training seminar or had someone come here to help me. I don't like the online training sessions. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Cone to our business and help us with training. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to handle Payroll with ease. Some confusion with the deductions side on time.
