What do you like best about Paycor? i am able to navigate online without assistance, and every thing is online. I do not require much guidance for the most part. What do you like best about Paycor? The format is easy to follow and changes are easy to make. What do you dislike about Paycor? The latest update changed how the screen reacts when adding punches. It used to stay expanded, now when you add a punch, that day closes and has to be re-opened when adding punches to time cards. What do you like best about Paycor? It's easy to enter my hours. Also, the one time I had to make a correction, the instructions were clear on how to do this. What do you dislike about Paycor? Nothing, really. I use Paycor to enter my hours and check how much vacation/sick leave remain. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not in a position to solve business problems. I'm not in HR--just an employee.

Ease of entering payroll including adjusting the columns to see each pay type, additional employees, rehiring employees (we are a seasonal as well as year round business) What do you dislike about Paycor? Nothing now, the online service has improved over the years, eliminating most of the nuisance problems. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Paycor replaced do-it-yourself payroll processing and tax reporting, made the whole business of payroll a whole lot easier and more accurate.

It also gives all pay history, so it makes it very easy to look up W-2s, paystubs, etc. What do you dislike about Paycor? The time and attendance section can be clunky.
