What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor is very user friendly, easy to use, and easy to access information and reports. What do you dislike about Paycor? The only difficult navigation on the Paycor Perform platform are the custom reports in which sometimes the formulas are difficult to understand and you end up with the wrong information. "Lack of information cross over"

What do you like best about Paycor? I do like the manage employee module. It give a way to house all information for that employee in one place. What do you dislike about Paycor? The fact that Manage Employee and Time and Attendance do not read over to one another. I have to enter information in multiple places in order for the reporting features to fully work. It is double entry and leads the way to errors. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

"Really nice intergrations"

What do you like best about Paycor? Document sharing, course/certification tracking and managing an employee all in one platform are great nice upgrades. What do you dislike about Paycor? Some categories went backwards. We lost the ability to customize an established role. Managers can no longer click on their performance review task and attach documents. What do you like best about Paycor? It is easy to use. The reports are informative. If we need a report customer service specialist help me to create a custom report. What do you like best about Paycor? I love that the time clock is directly connected to Paycor and I don't have to export/import to do my payroll. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? The way the system merges the payroll data with the HR data to have a one stop shop. What do you dislike about Paycor? The time and attendance system is antiquated and it would be nice to integrate that system with the HR and payroll data. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?
