What do you like best about Paycor? My favorite part about the software was the surveys it offered, the pulse surveys to be specific. These surveys allowed me to see the issues I was maybe overlooking in my organization by allowing my employees to take part in these surveys and fill me in on the areas that were being overlooked. What do you like best about Paycor? Nice visual layout for tracking percentage completion of goals on page launch What do you dislike about Paycor? Not as easy to track follow ups with mentors or direct reports (this has to be manually done) What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Paycor? I appricate the time saved. We use to use two programs. On to record import and one to pay time. What do you dislike about Paycor? I HAVE FOUND NOTHING I DISLIKE UP TO THIS POINT. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? TIME. My staff spend less time track employees and prepping payroll.

I am currently working on lunch classes in the time system getting corrected , so everyone's lunch time that is deducted is uniform across the company

What do you like best about Paycor? The many options that are available to me to fill my HR needs. The system is fantastic as long as you don't have to call in to talk to someone What do you dislike about Paycor? The phone system by having to go through a ton of prompts to just reach a live person. Its very inconvenient. I can never reach my "personal Paycor rep" and she rarely calls me back.
