What do you like best about Paycor? Easy to use, self explanatory for most issues, Like being able to track employee issues and set up reviews and goals What do you dislike about Paycor? can't give amount of manual check without actually adding it to a payroll by opening a payroll, not helpful if you are just wanting to know an amount or estimate. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? communication, timely reviews

What do you like best about Paycor? Everything (employee info, deductions, compensation, etc) is in one place - love it! What do you dislike about Paycor? Right now, learning the new steps of onboarding in Paycor Perform. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Do it. It is a great way to keep all aspects of HR in one place. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? When doing garnishments and deductions, the ease of contained information makes my job more efficient.

What do you like best about Paycor? The simplicity of the hiring process, the Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down process allows even our newbie users to move a candidate through Newton to get them hired. Being able to schedule multiple interviews with individuals or teams through the calendar system is very easy, and the scorecards allow us to see where everyone stands on each candidate.
