What do you like best about Paycor? Enjoy giving and receiving Recognition. Love the option to receive anonymous feedback and have managers be notified when Recognition is received. What do you like best about Paycor? The display is very nice. All of the visual assets are clean. It's nice to see how coworkers are accomplishing things when compared to myself. "Lots of Great Features But a Little Cluttery"

What do you like best about Paycor? I find the software is good at tracking goals and OKRs. It's got a nice looking interface and feels full featured. I also like the praise elements. It's nice when we get good feedback for hard work. In all, I see it as a useful tool for goal oriented operations. As we are a small to medium size firm some of the products and services which they offer are more designed for a larger business model than my company.
