What do you like best about Paycor? It is an easy way to conduct regular performance check-ins in a relaxing, low pressure way. It helps remove fear for the employee and stress for the manager. What do you dislike about Paycor? The org chart isn't functional. We need to view the chart in its entirety vs. zooming in and out by department. What do you like best about Paycor? I've always been a fan of the different progress pipeline formats (i.e. numerical, percentage, complete/incomplete), because it makes it easier to associate the correct pipelines with what the objective calls for. What do you like best about Paycor? I absolutely LOVE running one on ones through 7geese. It saves me so much time and allows both me and my team to come more fully prepared to meetings. What do you dislike about Paycor? There is very little to dislike. What do you like best about Paycor? I had not heard of 7Geese until I began working at my current job. It is a great web based interface that allows a smaller business or enterprise to deliver goal updates, feedback session recording (1x1s, etc.) and recognition to the entire company as a whole.
